About electric compressors
With increasing global emphasis on carbon emissions and the greenhouse effect, automakers worldwide are increasingly shifting towards BEV/PHEV/EREV/HEV models, and electric compressors play a crucial role in the range of these vehicles.
An electric compressor is a highly integrated mechatronic component,
mainly composed of three parts: (scroll disc), (drive motor), and (controller/inverter).
China, as the country with the highest number of electric vehicles globally, has seen JDHVA (JDAC) enter the automotive electric compressor market as early as 2018. Over the years, JDAC has evolved from repairing electric compressors to refurbishing them, and now to independently developing and manufacturing them. 4. Leak testing
5. Installation and operation on a prototype vehicle before being released to the market.
